SDL – Support in Designing Logframes Port

The Support in Designing Logframes Portal (SDL) is a web-based platform designed to support the evaluation and monitoring process of projects, with a particular focus on the development and revision of logframes.

The application is structured into several functional modules:

1. Dashboard: provides an overview of requests and key indicators.
2. Request Screening: manages requests according to their status (Active, ROM QC, EU QA, Completed, Declined, On hold).
3. Output: delivers detailed statistics on the average duration of technical assistance, analyses by EU Delegation/Responsible Service, and exports in Excel format.
4. Library: a centralized repository of documents and reference materials.
5. Administration Tool (Operators): a section dedicated to user and operator profile management.

The system ensures traceability, transparency, and standardization in the management of logframes, while providing analytical and reporting tools that are particularly valuable for EU Delegations and responsible services.

GFA Consulting commissioned DEV4U to design and develop the SDL platform.
