This project has received funding from the European Union, European Health And Digital Executive Agency (HADEA) – Health and Food Directorate under the Grant Agreement SMP-FOOD-2022-FWStakeholders-AG – Project: 101112062 “Measurement, reduction, and prevention of food waste in school canteens: proposal of a strategic approach” (MyWaste-Plate)“.

Modules: Web Platform managing the collection of responses from the Questionnaire for the assessment of meal satisfaction and waste in school canteens (Part 1: Hygienic quality assessment, Part 2: Nutritional and organoleptic quality assessment, Part 3: Assessment of food neophobia among students, Part 4: Assessment of satisfaction and plate waste by students), validated by CREA for evaluation.

Communication and training materials, designed with a gaming approach, targeted at elementary and middle school children. The aim is to raise awareness among Teachers/Students/Parents about the issue of food waste.
