FOODCONS PLATFORM – Food consumption surveys (with 24H Recall methode)

Platform to manage food consumption data (24H recall). The platform allows to create partnerships with separate entities to allow them to use the portal for their own projects, for research, education or Health purposes.

Currently used by several Italian universities, WWF, some schools.

The platform presents results of the 24 Hours recall not only in terms of nutrient intake, but also in terms of environmental impact (CO2 produced and H2O consumed).
