Action Document Flow

The purpose of the project is to provide methodological and analytical support to the European Commissions Directorate-General for International cooperation and Development (DG DEVCO) Unit 04 – Results, evaluation and business processes in its efforts to improve quality and accountability of external assistance. The team is also in charge of steering the development of monitoring, evaluation and results features of the new internal corporate IT system – OPSYS.

Modules: Dashboard, AD Screening (Active, To be uploaded in Sharepoint, Completed, in Stand-By), Output (Statistics by Expert, Statistics by Directorate, AD List by QRG and AST meeting Date, Export to Excel), Library, Administration Tool.
